Coi Content Policy

You may not use Coi to create, upload, or attempt to generate content in the following categories:

• Sexual content involving minors — any sexual or sexualized depiction of anyone under 18, real or generated. Zero tolerance; such material is reported to the relevant authorities where required by law.
• Non-consensual sexual or intimate imagery — sexual or intimate depictions of real people without their consent, including “undressing” or sexualizing images of real people.
• Impersonation and misleading deepfakes — realistic depictions of real people without their consent that are presented as authentic or intended to deceive, defame, or harm.
• Violence and gore — content that glorifies, celebrates, or incites graphic violence or cruelty.
• Hate and harassment — content that attacks, demeans, or promotes hatred against people based on characteristics such as race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, disability, gender, or sexual orientation, or that targets individuals for harassment.
• Illegal activity — content that promotes or provides instructions for illegal acts, such as drug production or the manufacturing of weapons or explosives.
• Self-harm — content that promotes, encourages, or provides instructions for self-harm or suicide.
• Infringement of others' rights — content that violates the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.
• Malware, fraud, and spam — content designed to deceive, defraud, distribute malicious software, or generate spam.

When our safety systems flag a prompt or image, the generation request is rejected and you are shown a notice in the app, usually with a link to this policy. Rejected requests are handled as described in the app. Repeated or serious violations may lead to the enforcement measures described below.

Automated moderation is not perfect, and legitimate requests are sometimes flagged incorrectly. If you believe your request was rejected in error, contact us at hasan@fgysoftware.com with a short description of what you were trying to create and roughly when the rejection happened. We will review it and get back to you.

Depending on the severity and frequency of violations, we may issue warnings, restrict features, or suspend or permanently terminate access to Coi. For content involving the sexual exploitation of minors, we apply zero tolerance and report to the relevant authorities where required by law.

Enforcement decisions are made under this policy together with the Coi Terms of Service.

We may update this policy as our safety systems, the law, or the capabilities of AI models evolve. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
