Saved Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old if you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, and at least 13 years old elsewhere, or older where your country requires it. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Saved only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf. You must also have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and must not be barred from using the service under any applicable law or sanctions regime.

Saved requires an account, created with Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. You are responsible for the security of the Apple or Google account you sign in with, and for everything done through your Saved account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your authorisation.

One account is for one person. Do not share your account, and do not create accounts by automated means or to circumvent limits, trials or pricing.

Saved lets you keep links, screenshots and notes and turns them into structured cards across nine types: recipes, places, films and series, books, products, workouts, articles, events and plain notes. Around those cards it offers collections, search, a map of your saved places, reminders, a weekly digest, home-screen and lock-screen widgets, an iOS Share Extension, and — for Pro subscribers — “Decide”, which suggests one of your saved items based on a few taps.

Saved is an organiser for content you have chosen to keep. It is not a publisher, a search engine, a booking service, a nutrition service or a source of professional advice. We do not host the third-party content behind your links; we read publicly available metadata so a card can point back to the original.

Saving is always available. On the free plan you receive an allowance of 30 rich cards — the fully extracted, structured cards — per calendar month. The allowance resets at the start of each month (UTC), and we notify you in the app when you are close to it.

When the allowance is used up, saving keeps working: your item is stored as a basic card, with the full card available if you subscribe. Nothing you save is discarded, delayed or deleted because of the allowance. If the AI step fails for technical reasons, the allowance is not consumed.

We may change the size of the allowance, the features included in each plan, or the boundary between free and Pro. If we reduce what your current paid subscription includes, we will notify you before the change takes effect and you may cancel; for the period you have already paid for, we will honour what you bought.

Saved Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the Apple App Store. Purchases are made with your Apple Account, and Apple — not FGY — is the merchant of record.

Plans and price

Prices are shown in your local currency inside the app before you buy, and local prices, taxes and currency conversion are set by Apple for your storefront. The price displayed on the purchase screen at the moment of purchase is the price that applies.

Free trial

• The standard offer includes a 3-day free trial on the yearly plan.
• If you decline that offer during onboarding, we may present a one-time alternative offer with a 7-day free trial. This alternative is shown at most once per account.
• Trials are available to new subscribers only, and eligibility is determined by Apple.
• If you subscribe while a free trial is still running, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited at the moment the purchase takes effect.

Auto-renewal and cancellation

• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period — yearly or monthly, matching the plan you chose — unless you cancel it.
• A free trial converts automatically into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel it.
• You must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (or before the end of the trial) to avoid being charged for the next one.
• Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Cancel in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or in the App Store app under your account. Deleting the Saved app does not cancel your subscription.
• After you cancel, Pro remains active until the end of the period you have paid for. Then your account returns to the free plan — every save you made is kept.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple, and refund requests are decided by Apple under the App Store terms — you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases ourselves. This does not affect any statutory right of withdrawal or consumer right you may have under the law of your country; where such a right applies, contact us and we will help you exercise it with Apple.

Managing your subscription in the app

You can change plan or start the cancellation flow from the app's settings, which takes you to Apple's subscription management. When you cancel we may ask, optionally, why — you can skip that question, and skipping it never delays or blocks the cancellation.

Your content

Everything you save — links, images, notes, collections — remains yours. You grant FGY a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, transmit and process that content, and to transmit it to the third-party AI and infrastructure providers listed in the Privacy Policy, solely in order to operate Saved for you. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from copies retained temporarily in backups as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use your content to train AI models of our own, and we do not sell it.

Third-party content

When you save a link, Saved fetches publicly available metadata from that page and stores it alongside your card. That content belongs to whoever owns the original — not to you and not to us. A card is a pointer to the source, and every card offers a way to open the original.

You are responsible for what you save. Specifically, you confirm that:

• you have the right to access the content you save and to keep a personal copy of it;
• you will not use Saved to build, store or distribute a substitute for someone else's work, or to reproduce paywalled or otherwise restricted content beyond what personal use permits;
• you will not use Saved to store content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you obtained in breach of another service's terms.

Saved does not evaluate whether a page permits automated retrieval; that judgement, and the responsibility for it, rests with you as the person choosing to save the link.

Copyright complaints

If you believe content stored through Saved infringes your copyright, write to hasan@fgysoftware.com with: identification of the work, identification of the material and where it appears, your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised, a statement that the information is accurate, and your signature (electronic is fine). We will review the notice, remove or disable the material where appropriate, and may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

The structured fields on a card are produced by an artificial-intelligence model from the source you saved. Read this section before relying on any of them.

Saved provides no medical, nutritional, health, fitness, safety, legal or financial advice. Nothing in a card is a professional recommendation. If you have a health condition, an allergy, or any other reason to need accurate information, consult the original source and a qualified professional.

You can correct any card. Editing a field never overwrites the original extraction, and you can reset a card to what was extracted or re-match it to a different place, film or book.

You agree not to:

• use Saved for anything unlawful, or to store content that is illegal, that depicts child sexual abuse, that incites violence or hatred, or that violates another person's rights;
• attempt to manipulate the AI pipeline — including submitting content designed to override, alter or extract our system instructions (prompt injection), or to make the model produce content that breaches these Terms;
• circumvent, manipulate or attempt to exceed the monthly rich-card allowance, including by tampering with data written by the app, by creating multiple accounts, or by falsifying subscription state;
• scrape, crawl, automate, reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the app or its backend, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
• use the service in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or on the third-party services we depend on, or resell or redistribute the service;
• probe, scan or test the security of our systems, or attempt to gain access to another user's data;
• remove or obscure any attribution, source link, or proprietary notice in the app.

We reserve the right to apply reasonable technical limits — including rate limits and abuse protections — and to suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section.

Saved depends on services operated by others, and their terms apply alongside ours.

• This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
• Book information is matched using Google Books. Place information is matched using Apple MapKit and, where enabled, Google Places; map and directions features use Apple Maps or, at your choice, Google Maps.
• Purchases and subscriptions are provided through the Apple App Store and managed with RevenueCat.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or content of third-party services, or for the pages behind the links you save. A card is not an endorsement of what it points to.

Subject to these Terms, FGY grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Saved on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. The app is licensed to you, not sold. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by FGY.

Where you obtained Saved from the App Store, the following also apply:

• These Terms are concluded between you and FGY only, not with Apple. FGY, not Apple, is solely responsible for Saved and its content.
• Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for Saved.
• If Saved fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app to you; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to Saved.
• FGY, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claim relating to Saved, including product liability claims, claims that Saved fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
• FGY, not Apple, is responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of any third-party claim that Saved or your use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.

Saved evolves: we may add, change or remove features, and we may discontinue the service. Where a change materially and adversely affects a paid subscription you are currently in, we will notify you in advance and you may cancel.

We may amend these Terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version. For material changes we will give notice in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Saved after that point means you accept the amended Terms; if you do not accept them, stop using the app and cancel any subscription.

You may stop using Saved at any time and delete your account from the app's settings. Deleting your account removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy, and is irreversible.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if your use exposes us or other users to legal or security risk, or if we are required to do so by law. Where it is reasonable and lawful to do so, we will warn you first and give you an opportunity to export your data. If we terminate your account without cause while you hold a paid subscription, we will help you obtain a pro-rata refund from Apple for the unused period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Saved is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that cards will be accurate, or that content you save will always be retrievable — keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FGY will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of Saved. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the app is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us for Saved in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, and (b) USD 50.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. If you are a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights are not affected by this section.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold FGY harmless from any claim, liability, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of content you save in breach of section 7, your breach of section 9, or your violation of any law or third-party right. This section does not apply where you act as a consumer and the applicable law does not permit such an obligation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts and enforcement offices of Ankara, Türkiye have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them.

If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of the country where you habitually reside, nor of the right to bring proceedings before the courts or consumer arbitration committees of that country. Consumers in Türkiye may also apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) or Consumer Courts.

• If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force and the unenforceable provision is replaced by one that comes closest to its intent.
• Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
• You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, provided your rights are not diminished.
• These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and FGY regarding Saved.
